This Privacy Policy covers any of your Personal Information obtained by MUD MAVERICKS. We have dated the policy to indicate whether changes have been made. Material changes will be communicated by posting the new policy here under a new effective date. Information Collected by MUD MAVERICKS

 

We may ask you for your name and postal address, email address, and telephone number information when you participate in the MUD MAVERICKS platform. We may also seek information regarding your date of birth or age, to verify that you are not a minor, because we have a policy against doing business with minors. We will also likely request your wallet numbers with respect to the relevant tokens, such as CRO, Matic, WAX or Ethereum, which are pseudonyms that may be capable of identifying you under certain circumstances. Also, in certain circumstances, we may seek other identifying information from you in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, or where applicable, internal revenue service reporting requirements.

 

You are not required to provide us with personal information. But if you decline our request, you may not participate in the MUD MAVERICKS platform or use tokens, and we may not be able to respond to your inputs or queries.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
